How do you fight the ever-present enemy - dust? What is your most effective tool to get rid of it (at least for a while, LOL)?

I have used a dry rag and a slightly wet rag - works well for hard surfaces, leaves them shining clean. I want to try the "feathery thing," although some say it only chases the dust around.

I use electrostatic cloths. It's very effective in cleaning out dust and dirt and hair. We use it to sweep the floors too.

I use microfiber cloths for dusting - they get rid of the dust and don't cause it to fly around while I'm doing it.

I'll need to check these out, it sounds like a good solution. Gathering the dust and not letting it fly in the air is what I am looking for. Do you use them dry or slightly wet?
