Default Cleaning oil cans and dispensers

One problem which I generally have is cleaning my oil dispenser, I use hot soapy water, but there is always some grease left.

How do you clean your oil dispenser in order to make it spik and span, and not greasy at all?

My boyfriend says there's this orange citrus cleaner that would get anything off. We can't remember what it's called though... anyone else have any idea?

There is one that you can get from Sam's Club called Mojo and it is an orange citrus cleaner. It will take grease off your hands, but it will dry them out. I assume it would do the same thing for your can.
