Default Preparation as a bride

What do you think would be the necessary preparations as a bride? Not just in terms of beauty but in other aspects as well...health, mental;, etc

Plan ahead. Hire a wedding consultant to do the detailing for you. Relax and pamper yourself atleast one week before your wedding so that you will look radiant on your wedding day.

You can't make too much of the day. It is the marriage that is important, not the wedding. There is no need to stress out over every detail.. Your guests will still enjoy themselves even if the flowers aren't perfect.

I think marriage counseling -- whether provided by the church or another entity -- is a VERY good idea. You'd be surprised to learn how many couples walk to the alter without having asked the right questions of each other.

Nice & sound sleep without tensions, nervousness, increases the glamour of the bride, so before marriage a bride should have maximum rest physically as well as mentally.

a day before my wedding I get myself to a spa to relax and pamper myself to have more confidence in facing many people. of course, i will be the center of attraction for that event of my life. meditation will help too.

A Wedding! It doesn't need to make yourself stress out. Sorting out needed things a couple months ahead will greatly help. Don't make it running out of time, it really stressful indeed. Relax.

I would say maybe talking with a therapist and maybe even going with your fiance would be a good idea.

Pampering yourself and taking a moment to disconnect from everything at least once a day would quite a bit. If you like meditating, it could be very relaxing and also help you focus on what you have to do. Sleeping and exercise, but especially a balanced diet are other considerations while getting ready for your wedding day as well. Congrats!
