White should be perfect for dark complexion. White is also common to wedding gowns.

I hope u need the color of dress that would be apt for your sister. Pink with zari work would be perfect and give a fine and gorgeous look for people having dark complexion.

Pink or a slightly dark/golden yellow shaded with zari work sari definitely looks good on dark complexion. My bhabhi has dark complexion but she really looked amazing with that golden bridal ware.

White is traditional and can look great on anyone, how about a hint of pink? Peach? Something to that nature..

I’m not sure whether he is referring to India. But in Indian Fat weddings red, pink & golden yellow colored traditional bridal wear are the most preferred.

For dark complexion ivory is more preferable that white.
