Everyone should read the book "A Whole New Mind" by Daniel Pink. It's brilliant...especially if you have kids who will someday enter the workforce, or if you yourself are not happy in your job. It talks about how there is a shift occuring in the business/career world. Where executive positions and technically minded folks once ruled, designers and other artists of all kinds will soon take over.

I read this sometime ago, and its an amazing book and i didn't want it to finish.
I would recommend this book to everyone and make sure you do read it, i think it can be enjoyed by all age groups.
