Did you read more when you were a teen or a kid? It saddens me to say that I did. No, I have not lost interest, I still love books. I'd spend all day reading if I could - but I have to make a living, and there are all kinds of other responsibilities. I still manage to find some time for reading though. |

I probably read more now than I did as a teen because my job requires much reading. I do not set aside enough time for spiritual and pleasure reading, but I have only myself to blame. In these times I think you have to intentionally make time for reading.

I probably read about the same amount, which has always been alot! I love to read. It's one of my favorite ways to relax.

I think I did a lot of reading during HS. I spend most of my lunch time at the library reading some stuffs for homework.

Of course, reading for work is different than reading for pleasure - unless you are a book reviewer. Wouldn't that be a dream job??

I did read more when I was younger, but I still try to do at least one book a week. Just to keep myself sharp.

I definitely read more as a kid. My mom took my brother and me to the library all the time, but as a teen, you have school, homework, and studying to worry about. Even in high school when we had assigned reading, none of the books interested me, so I just didn't read them. I am reading a lot more now as an adult.
