What i think is that in order to have the best dental care, is to first of get a check up from a dentist, at least once a year. Make sure you brush your teeth after each meal and most important use a good toothpaste.

Brushing is the most important which can solve many of your dental problem if done after each meal from a young age.

If your at your older age and want to take good care of your teeth, then i have also heard that gargling and washing your mouth with salt water is also very good.

I am a freak about dental care. I go to the dentist every 6 months. I brush my teeth at least 3 times a day with colgate whiting toothpaste. I alway floss and use mouthwash. Good dental care is very important.

Find a dentist and visit him regularly. Always talk to him about your teeth and especially about how they'll change over time.

Fix the big stuff early, not when it hurts. Try to preserve as many of your teeth as possible. SPEND THE MONEY.

Having sound teeth is not only about attractiveness. It affects how you eat and even how healthy your sinuses and throat is. Infected teeth can even pay a role in senility.

The best dental care is conscientious dental care.

I used to be nuts about brushing my teeth doing it every so often and brushing them too hard. Until the dentist told me that brushing too hard and too frequently has thinned the enamel that covers my teeth, that is why it became too sensitive. I was advised to brush my teeth gently and not to do it too often. I do it twice nowadays, and ever gently too.
