Default Bad odour

Summer is back and so are the sun tan, sweat and bad odour. The sweating will make us smell bad especially in armpits. It can be quite embarrassing at times. Imagine you come close to some one and the other person just wants to be as away from you as possible. You can be a turn off in every situation be it a date or a job interview. To avoid such a situation try and take shower at least three times in a day, especially after work out or playing any sport. Waxing or shaving the underarms can prove fruitful. Make sure that you change your undergarments and socks everyday. Use deodorants to take care of the body odour. Talcum powder absorbs the sweat so they can make you feel fresh. Drink as much water as you can. This will also help you a long way in staying fresh and killing the bad odour.

Good personal hygiene is always a priority and there are some great tips there.

Many people would struggle to fit three showers a day into busy routines but it's always important to be aware of how we present ourselves to others.

Regular swowers and a good deodourant go a long way in making you smell pleasant, and other things to take into consideration are to wear natual clothing when it's hot. Man made fibres can make you sweat more which can increase the chance of developing body odour.

Occasionally people can suffer with excessive perspiration, and in these instances your MD will be able to provide medication to lessen it.

i take 3 or more showers whenever i can because of the heat...personal hygiene goes a long way to prevent body odor...and use some perfume as well to last all day long!

In the summer I always shower first thing in the morning before work. Then I use lotions and antipersperant/deoderant. I usually will freshen up at lunch time with some powder where needed and some more deod.

If I am going out in the evening, I always shower again. Just to get all the summer grime off

I wouldn't have time to take 3 showers!

I wash twice a day every day and I can not understand why people (some) do not wash, I hate standing next to someone with a smell of sweat or smelly feet, this drives me insane, not only does it turn my stomach but I feel like telling them to go buy a bar of soap and a good deodorant, it doesn't take too much time and effort to wash.

Default Foot odor

I thought foot odor was just part of getting older. It was getting so bad that even my floors and the carpet in my car was starting to smell! I knew I had some athlete's foot, but suddenly it got a LOT worse.

My podatrist had a 1% clotrimazole lotion. I didn't like over the counter stuff because THAT smelled back to me, but she put herbals in it so it smelled okay. I put some between my toes and wore socks to bed for about two to three weeks.

No more foot odor! Really took care of it. And my feet aren't damp and blistered anymore. That's ONE odor problem gone.

Nothing beats deodorants when it comes to body odor.

but there are also soaps that gets rid of bacteria that cause body odor. I have forgotten what it was, but it helped my husband.

Its so unpleasant not to deal with any problems in our body, I usually take 3 showers a day, its just that I don't want to feel uneasy. Its been a great help of deodorants, mouthwash products to help it minimize and totally eradicate unpleasant odours.

I am in a tropical country so we are prone to heat. Heat is a factor to body odor so I take a bath twice a day. It really feels good to refresh yourself before you start your activities and before you sleep, right? Aside from taking a bath, I observe proper hygiene also. I wonder, how true is it that body odor can be inherited genetically?

I say to avoid having a bad odor proper hygene must be practiced and don't forget the deo. Sometimes taking a bath is not enough to cover it up for a whole day protection.
