Default Three things you need to know to keep looking young

This is an article that I came across while looking for different anti-aging remedies online and I though I'd share it with all of you. I'm sure we already have heard about all this, but it never hurts to go over it again

1. You need night cream. Not just any night cream but one that repairs past damage while defending your skin’s future. How do they do it? The trick is to apply the cream when your skin isn’t working overtime to fight off UV rays and other environmental stress. When you’re at rest your skin can focus all of its energies on repair. The best night creams boost your natural ability to repair by loading up on rich anti-oxidants and lipids. It defends against further damage with ingredients like hyaluronic acid, which locks moisture into your skin, and others that neutralize up to 90% of environmentally generated free radicals before they can cause 80% of the visible signs of aging.

2. Once you’ve laid a firm foundation with the night cream, it’s time to fight the evidence of aging – wrinkles. Our skin’s structural fibers are made up of collagen, elastin and laminin all of which weaken over the course of the day and increasingly become unevenly dispersed as we age leaving us looking tired and older. The best age fighters work in the skin`s deepest surface layers to increase the production of collagen. You can expect visible results within hours that continue to build and decrease the appearance of lines and wrinkles if you’re using an effective product.

3. The trifecta of skincare is complete with a finishing product that is the icing on your treated skin. You want a product that includes revolutionary ingredients like NDGA, a potent antioxidant that reduces excess oil from deep within pores to minimize and eventually eliminate enlarged pores; and Gulcosamine and Chestnut extract which help remove dull, flaking skin. A worthy finisher (or refiner) leaves skin looking smooth, even (minimal dark spots or discoloration) and firm.

When you combine these three types of products and see immediate and lasting results, you know you’re investing in an anti-aging campaign that will make you look as young…or younger as you feel. Knowing what you should expect from your skincare is half the battle.

THey say that you have to drink lots of water and get enough sleep. Applying sunblock and moisturizer daily is also good for your skin.

I too agree on water part, don't know about others. However, I have personally tested this and examined on myself that water helps a lot when it comes to beauty.
