Personally, my favorite handbag haunts are thrift stores. I always get the cute crocheted or knitted or hand-sewn ones. I have no crafting talent, so I take advantage of other people's. What are your thoughts on the subject? |

That does sound like a good idea. Normally, I wouldn't be interested in a handbag that had been used by someone else, but I don't sew or even use a needle and thread, so a thrift store will be the best place to find a cheap, handmade bag. You can pull off that vintage look, too.

New or used, both are the same to me. All I care about is the look. If I think it's cute, then I want it lol

If the quality and the looks of the old one is good, I'll go for it. If budget is tight and you need one, thrift stores are the best place to shop. Thrift stores are many in our area and you can shop all you want.

If its worth the money I pay, why not? Besides handmade bags sometimes also look exotic. I wish I could sew but I'm lousy at it.
