Default Food for 2 years old

What kind of food do you give your 2 year old. I generally use soft things like buttered toast, biscuits mashed in milk, potato mash with cheese or butter. Being an Asian I tend to give the traditional Pakistani food which I cook at home, like lentils, or some vegetables, but with the vegetables I usually mash or grind them up for my 2 year old.

You can get the ready mades, but I think its better to give something home cooked food.

What kinds of food do you give or have you given to your toddlers?

The home made food I gave my daughter was things like mashed potato with butter, boiled carrots, boiled peas which I put in the food processor so it can be easily eaten. I also used to give me daughter boiled spinach then put it in the food processor.

A 2 year old kid could already eat what we used to eat. However, milk's still necessary for them. Do you allowed your to year old kid to ate chippy?

I guess, chippy is unhealthy food. Why not give them fruits and juices? I guess, this could be much better than giving chips.

Of course, I do give fruits to my kids. Grapes is one of their favorite actually.

How about your kids? What is their favorite food?

I haven't given my kids solid foods like tasted bread and the like when they were 2 years old. I would let the eat some mash vegetables and fruits. I prepare healthy foods because they need it. Would you allow them to eat chocolates? My sister does it.

You mean didn't give a solid food to your 2 year old kid? I guess, at that age

kids already have teeth that can chew.

Are 2 years old toddlers allowed to eat chocolates? I think that is not appropriate. For me, they have to take nutritious foods instead of chocolates and biscuits.

I think they should have teeth by then, but it really depends on the child. You'll know better than anyone else what they can eat safely

My sister told me that they could eat chocolates but with moderation. You could give them 1/4 of it. How about the milk chocolate? I think it's healthier than the dark one.
