Few plants & herbs have potential medicinal value which can help in loss of memory, concentration & sleep. Mandhukaparni: (Centella asiatica) Prepare milk decoction with whole plant. Take a cup at bedtime daily for 40days for positive results.
(Children: 1/2 a cup before bedtime)
Brahmi: (Bacopa Monnieri): Fresh leaves juice in dosage of 15ml to 30ml with some honey taken at bed time for 40days.
Avoidance of green red chillies, strong spices should be avoided to gain memory power.
