Default Post natal care by Ayurveda

Ayurvedic post natal care is famous in Kerala. This special package will help us to regain health and beauty after delivery. It consists of internal medicines, external massage and special food. Its duration varies from 28 to 90 days. It will reduce the bulky bellies, unwanted fats and shapes our body. It is performed under the supervision of qualified doctors and an experienced lady will give massages. A fully vegetarian diet with low fat is given during the course of treatment. After the treatment you will be ready for another !!!!!!!

Did you not read my post CAREFULLY? I mentioned 6 months...I read in some articles that it is important to have a gap of 6 months before having another child as advised by doctors(medical recommendation)...LOL, you do jump o conclusions without reading.....i definitely would not expect someone to have another child IMMEDIATELY!!!

yes that is very true, There should be a gap between the pregnancies. The mre gap the better (only for some extent). If there is successive carrying without any gap then there will some complications about he HB level and the food, nutrients supplied to the foetus etc ..

The recommended gap between the babies is 2-3 years. Yes for now a days its too much but to regain health for 100 % and be fit naturally without any treatment you need that time

Hi Deepa,

I was lean before and during pregnancy but my baby was overweight it made my stomach muscle separate (diastasis) after delivery. Does the ayurvedic postnatal treatment you mentioned deal with this issue? If so kindly let me now the address of the treatment place.
