I like adding some mint leaves into my tea, fresh or dry, it does not matter. I do it for the taste, I love the flavor it gives, but I've been wondering whether there are also some health benefits to it? Does anyone know?

I am not sure what benefits mint offers but I simply like the taste of it and that is why I drink mint tea on a regular basis. It is very refreshing and makes a change from black tea.

Do you prefer pure mint or do you add some mint into regular black tea ButterflyEs? I like the mix better than only mint by itself.
