Default Mint tea

I like adding some mint leaves into my tea, fresh or dry, it does not matter. I do it for the taste, I love the flavor it gives, but I've been wondering whether there are also some health benefits to it? Does anyone know?

I am not sure what benefits mint offers but I simply like the taste of it and that is why I drink mint tea on a regular basis. It is very refreshing and makes a change from black tea.

Do you prefer pure mint or do you add some mint into regular black tea ButterflyEs? I like the mix better than only mint by itself.

I know tea is good for you. Here's a link I found for more info on mint leaves:

Mint is widely used in the medicine of different nations. It is used for curing meteorism, gastritis, heartburn and so on. It is also used as an additional remedy for curing of chill.
