Default Herbal tea Benefits

Hello Everyone.
It is very nice posting and there are many benefits of Herbal Tea.
Chamomile can make you sleepy. It is a nice, relaxing, evening tea. It is also a digestive, especially for nervous stomach.
Green tea the way the Asians drink it, is healthful. That is brewed with hot water, not boiling, steeped only about 3 minutes and drank without anything else in it.
Some good Herby teas to drink habitually are Rooibos (tastes a bit like Lipton's black tea but no caffeine & higher in antioxidants than green tea), Red Raspberry leaf tea (lots of minerals) and Nettles. Try mixing them up and adding just a pinch of mint.

Drinking a nice cup of hot tea has always helped me to quiet a cough or soothe a sore throat. I like to put a little honey in some green tea, and I start to feel better all without taking a drop of medicine.

Green tea helps a lot with proper digestion as well. If you drink tea at least once a day, it allows you to stay regular and get rid of many toxins that otherwise tend to stay in our system.

I am a huge fan of chamomile tea. There are so many health benefits associated with it. It relieves everything from period pains to mild headaches and can relax you.

A great bed time drink!

This is what I drink when I don't have any hot chocolate. It's really nice, and it makes me feel really good inside like I can sit back and relax while time passes.

Default Herbal Tea-A Must Have Tea

Herbal teas are a good, healthy, alternative beverage if you are trying to cut caffeine, coffee or soda out of your diet. There are many varieties to choose from and some herbals teas even offer specific health benefits. If you have a garden, you can grow your own herbs to make herbal tea inexpensively at home.
