Default Clothes for matured women

I don't know how it is in your locations, but here in the Philippines, I find it hard to buy clothes that are suited to my age. I mean, most of the clothes that are displayed and are for sale are for the younger set, like those low hipped, skin fitting jeans, short, tight blouses that show the belly button when you move, mini skirts, etc. Seldom do I find clothes that would suit a golden girl like me.

Most stores here where we live seem to have a variety of clothes styles, with the majority geared towards youth, of course, but there are also options for mature ladies. There are also stores that specialize in more classy or perhaps classical styles.

The problem is though, sometimes I still see mature ladies wearing immature clothes!

The problem I encounter about clothes for more mature women, is either they are too classy or too stylish for casual wear.

In that case, you can always have your clothes tailored to suit your preferences.

What kind of mature cloths do you mean? My mom doesn't think about them she even dresses like a teenager. Lolz She even have a dozen of cute outfits which should belong to me. T_T She really don't feel like she's 40.

It's true that fashion is geared toward the youth but fashion today also allows more freedom. If you select classic cuts, you'll find clothes that fit both the young and the more mature at the same time. It just depends on the cuts and styles you choose. Go to shops that are not so trendy but sell the more traditional styles.

It is true but you can still see plenty of fashionable clothes that will suit your age at womens section. I suggest you choose young colors like those in pastel shade. So that you will still feel young at heart.
