Let me tell you:
buying clothes may be fun, but working in apparel is NOT. I always had trouble figuring out what went where and all of that. Also, the people that come in to the store can be insanely rude and they seem to think you're their slave. What is up with people walking up to you and making YOU hold THEIR clothes while they shop. Ya, that's why I found another job.. I was so tired of being bossed around. Doesn't help much that I'm a 20 year old that looks that I'm about 16. No one took me seriously, and they wouldn't believe me when I told them I was the night manager. Haha. Good times.

Also, there are some NASTY things that get left behind in those fitting rooms!!!

I feel for you. Some people are just pigs - there is no other word for it. We went to buy me a new coat once, I will never forget that store... Tons of coats on the floor. Stupid people just drop them after trying on, they don't care to put them back on the hanger and on the rack. Disgusting.

Eewww...I can just imagine what those nasty things that get left behind! I am glad that you were able to find another job that I hope treats you right this time around. But I agree with you, working with people, regardless of what area could be very trying at times and unfortunately, dealing with rude ones goes with the job, even when we feel like strangling them

Thanks guys!! Ya, it was pretty crazy. I always hated when people would yell at me. Like, not to sound full of myself or anything, but I'm the NICEST person they're going to talk to and they would pick on me. It was annoying too, all the creepy guys hitting on me. Ya, face to face customer service is definitely not for me!!
