Why is it that so many dog owners don't pick up after their dogs when they go to the bathroom? I can't tell you how often I come close to stepping in it. It's so strange to me too that you'll find it right in the middle of a walkway even. I find it really rude, and would be more than happy to offer the owner one of my bags if they needed it.
