I miss my Zoey girl:(

I recently moved states away from my dog and I miss her so bad. My dad has her. I think its best for her though cuz I can't have her where I am and my dad needs her for emotional support since I'm gone and my gmas sick. Have any of u had to leave a pet behind? What helped make it easier for u?
