I am a night owl and always have been? How can I become more of a morning person? I feel like so much of my day is wasted because I wake up so late in the day..

I'm a workaholic night owl. As an event organizer I often get to sleep at early hours & wake up around mid afternoon. Although I would love to see sunrise someday I have started to enjoy late night work as it pays well & I can enjoy the beautiful morning weather peacefully sleeping. |

I have always been a morning person. I wake up at 6, workout, cook my breakfast & leave for work. Even at weekends whenever I go out late night; I still wake up early the next morning. ![]() Changing sleep time is what you need. Decide sleep time for 8hrs & wake up time in the morning and stick to it. Avoid afternoon naps or you'll have difficulty sleeping at night. |

| Having kids makes you be a morning person, but sometimes I wish I could get up at six every day and do a workout or something, I'm just not that disciplined, especially during winter when the house os cold and I'm all snuggled up under the duvet.
