Hmmm, well breast implants, i personally think why have them, unless you really flat! I mean you should be happy with the way you are, unless its something you can change like making your skin look better, losing or gaining weight etc, other wise why mess around with such thing!

Sometimes when women do get breast implants, its makes them look even more fake, because at times the breasts size is not comparison with their figue shape and size!!!

Yah.. I have a few friends who have had them done.... two of whom look like porn stars... so not attractive... but two others who look very natural.

I like them when they are natural.... just because as you get older and things start to sag they dont look or feel as nice.. the implants keep them looking fuller.

I am all about natural beauty. I would never go under the knife to alter any part of my body. I figure, everything the Universe gives us is perfect even if it doesn't appear to be that way to us.

I wish I looked at it that way....
It's funny... when it comes to other women, I always think natural is better... even with my mother.. I have deterred her from getting botox because I think she is just beautiful the way she is.
With myself I'm a bit more critical.

There is nothing wrong with being critical with yourself. Since you inherently believe that women are naturally beautiful, the fact that you're being harder on yourself might indicate a low self-esteem. We all experience it at one time or another and I have, too. I used to repeat affirmations to myself everytime I went in front of my mirror to remind myself that I am beautiful as I am. It takes a little while before your subconscious actually accepts it but it's worth the time and effort.

Affirmations... can you give me examples... and does this really work for self- esteem issues?

I don't like the idea of breast implant. Although we could benefit from it, the disadvantages still reigns in my mind. Does it really matter? I mean, I would rather use some wonder bra or something like that than undergo operation. That would be painful.

Breast implant is a complicated operation. One should be very responsible with body if she undergone this procedure. There are some non surgical treatment for this problem. One would be the type of bra to wear and the second one would be exercise. If you wear to choose, which one would you prefer?
